FAQ
Property deal sourcing, explained.
Frequently asked questions about how we work, what deal sourcing involves, the areas we cover and what to expect from us.
What is deal sourcing?
Deal sourcing is the process of identifying, assessing and presenting property investment opportunities that align with your strategy. We handle the search and the initial analysis so you can focus on making an informed decision.
What is a BRR strategy?
Buy, Refurbish, Refinance is a strategy where an investor purchases a property, adds value through refurbishment, then refinances based on its improved value, often releasing much of the original capital to reinvest.
What areas do you cover?
Our focus is the North West of England, with particular experience across Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Lancashire and Merseyside.
How do I get started?
Start with a no-obligation conversation. We will take the time to understand your goals, budget and preferred strategy before discussing suitable opportunities.
What are your fees?
Our sourcing fees are discussed transparently before you commit to any opportunity, with the scope and next steps clearly set out in writing. There are no surprises.
Are you regulated?
We operate as an independent property deal sourcing business. We recommend that every investor obtains their own independent legal, tax and financial advice before proceeding with any purchase.
Still have a question?
We would rather you asked than wondered.
Every investor and every strategy is different. If something is not covered here, get in touch and we will give you a straight answer.
